Privacy Policy

This page explains what Quantile stores about you, why, who processes it, and when it is deleted.

What we store

Account: your email address and name, and your Google profile basics if you sign in with Google.
Billing: your Stripe customer ID, your subscription status, and an anonymous card fingerprint used to allow one free trial per card. Your card number is held by Stripe, never by us.
Your data: the Excel files you upload, the tables parsed from them, and your analysis settings, so your work is there when you come back.
Technical records: error reports and server logs used to fix problems, and short-lived counters by IP address used to stop abuse.

Figures and tables are generated when you ask for them and are not stored.

We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
We do not look at your uploaded data except when you ask for help with a problem, or to keep the service secure.
We do not record your screen or sessions.

The original file you upload is deleted within 1 day, once it has been read into a table.
Your tables and settings are deleted after 90 days without signing in.
To delete your account and everything stored with it sooner, email karankumar314159@gmail.com from the address on the account. We delete it within 30 days.
Stripe keeps payment records as required by law.

Northflank: runs the analysis server
Neon: stores your settings and dataset records
Tigris: stores your uploaded files and parsed tables
Upstash: abuse-prevention counters and billing event records
Sentry: error reports

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and secure. There are no advertising cookies.
